NIT, the New Industrial Township, is the dense, market-heavy heart of old Faridabad, a tight grid of residential blocks wrapped around the huge NIT markets, the eateries and the shops that pull footfall from across the city. That constant food trade and the crowding are what drive the pest load. The restaurants, sweet shops and juice corners run hot kitchens and store waste close by, so cockroaches and rats breed along the market service lanes and spread straight into the flats and PGs sitting right above and behind the shops.
Around the homes sit the market drains, the eatery back lanes and the PG rooms packed with students and working tenants, the exact conditions that keep cockroaches, rodents and bed bugs moving. Food waste feeds the roaches and rats, and the churn of tenants carries bed bugs from room to room. Our crew works NIT and the surrounding colonies daily, so a booking usually means a same-day or next-morning slot. Every treatment uses CIB&RC-approved chemicals, handled pet-safe and child-safe, with before-and-after photos on WhatsApp.
The NIT markets are wall-to-wall kitchens, dhabas, sweet shops and juice corners, and the heat, grease and stored waste make them a cockroach magnet. Roaches breed behind the tandoor, under the prep counter and in the grease traps, then cross into the flats above through the shared shaft. We treat with gel-bait cockroach control: bait at the equipment backs, drain mouths, hinges and skirting, with low-odour products so the kitchen keeps running. For food outlets we work to an FSSAI-ready schedule and leave a dated treatment record for your file. Cockroach control starts at ₹599, with planned pricing for a full kitchen.
Food waste, godown stores and the open service drains behind the NIT market shops keep a steady rat population close to every kitchen and home. They run the back lanes at night and slip into shop stores, ground-floor flats and stair cupboards. Our rodent control works the runs they use: tamper-proof bait stations along the service drains, godown edges and back walls, plus sealing the gaps around pipes, shutters and doors. Rodent control starts at ₹999. A market shop or eatery usually goes on an AMC so the store stays clear through the year, which also supports the FSSAI paperwork.
NIT is full of PGs and shared rentals for students and factory and shop workers, and bed bugs thrive on that turnover, arriving on bags, bedding and secondhand furniture and spreading bed to bed. In a shared room you spot the dark specks on the mattress seams, bites in a line and bugs in the bed-frame joints. Our bed bug treatment is a careful contact spray of the seams, frames, cracks and skirting, with a mandatory follow-up for the eggs that hatch after the first round. For a PG we can do several rooms on one visit. Priced per room from ₹1,299, with a prep list sent ahead.
The service drains behind the NIT markets, the puddles in the loading lanes and the water that pools around the shops all turn into mosquito breeding the moment the monsoon lands, and the crowding means the bites spread fast through the blocks above. Our mosquito control combines thermal fogging of the lanes, stairwells and back areas with larvae treatment of the standing water in the drains, waste corners and overhead-tank overflow. It matters most for dengue prevention through the dense residential floors. From ₹699, and it can run on a monsoon schedule across the season.
An NIT eatery or sweet shop never stays clear on a single visit, because roaches and rats keep returning from the next kitchen and the shared service drain. Our annual maintenance contract covers four quarterly visits, free re-treatments in between, scheduled reminders and one consolidated GST invoice with dated records that support an FSSAI inspection. For a run of market shops we put them on one schedule so pests cannot just shift next door. Base AMC starts at ₹2,999/year, quoted by the size of the outlet, and it costs far less than repeat call-outs during a busy market season.
The price quoted on the call is what you pay — no surprise additions when the technician arrives.
