Cockroaches spreading through a tightly packed Garhi rental, bed bugs riding in with a new tenant off the lane, termite creeping into an old studio structure at the Lalit Kala Akademi blocks, or rats working the lane drains: inside the Garhi village core these are the regular troubles, and KaamGenie handles them all. CIB&RC-approved, pet-safe and child-safe. Starting ₹599.

Quick answer: KaamGenie provides pest control throughout Garhi, the dense village core inside East of Kailash, home to packed rental blocks and the Lalit Kala Akademi artists’ studios. We treat cockroaches, bed bugs, termite, rodents and more with CIB&RC-approved chemicals that are pet-safe and child-safe. Home treatments start at ₹599 and termite work from ₹2,499. Call 95603 66362 and the crew is usually with you the same day or next morning, slots allowing.
Garhi is the original village core tucked inside East of Kailash, a knot of narrow lanes and tall, closely built houses that now run largely as rental blocks, with the Lalit Kala Akademi artists’ studios adding their own character. Rooms here are occupied around the clock by students, working tenants and artists, stacked wall to wall over shared drains. That constant occupancy and the churn of tenants is what feeds the pests: shared drains keep cockroaches breeding, and every new arrival risks bringing bed bugs into the block.
The old studio structures and village houses hold ageing woodwork that termite quietly works through, and the lane drains between the tight blocks give rats a steady route into the ground-floor rooms. Each Garhi visit uses CIB&RC-approved chemicals that are pet-safe and child-safe, and we send before-and-after photos on WhatsApp so the work is easy to check. Our crew covers Garhi, East of Kailash and the surrounding South Delhi lanes daily, so a same-day or next-morning slot is usually available.
Garhi’s rooms are rented hard and occupied around the clock, and with tenants coming and going so often, bed bugs are a frequent call: they arrive on a second-hand mattress or inside a new tenant’s bags and settle fast in the seams and cot joints. Squashing and spraying only pushes them deeper into the woodwork. Our bed bug treatment is a two-visit job: the first works through mattress seams, bed frames, skirting and wall cracks, and the second, a couple of weeks later, clears the newly hatched eggs. It is ₹1,299 per room.
The tall, closely built Garhi houses share drain lines between stacked rooms, so cockroaches breed in the damp pipework and surface across the block, and a single-room spray never holds. Our gel-bait cockroach control puts bait at the drain mouths, sink backs, hinges and skirting the roaches patrol, and they carry it back into the harbourage so the colony collapses rather than just scattering. Where several rooms on one line are affected we treat them together. Cockroach treatment in Garhi starts at ₹599.
The Lalit Kala studios and the older Garhi houses hold a good deal of ageing, untreated wood: door frames, lofts, shelving and panelling that termite works through unseen, helped by the damp of the packed lanes. Hollow-sounding wood, thin mud tubes climbing a wall or wood dust on the floor are the giveaways. Our anti-termite treatment uses discreet drill-and-inject points at the wall-floor line and into the affected timber, driving in CIB&RC-approved chemical so the structure and fittings are protected in place. A single unit usually starts around ₹2,499.
The drains threading between Garhi’s tight blocks give rats cover and a short run into the ground-floor rooms, the stair-wells and the corner shops. Gnawed packets, droppings by the skirting and night scratching are the common complaints. Our rodent control maps those runs, sets tamper-proof bait boxes along the lane walls and drain lines, and seals the gaps around pipes, vents and doors that let them through. It starts at ₹999, and a ground-floor room or shop that keeps getting them is better on a running plan.
Between the headline problems, many Garhi residents and studio users just want a clean, thorough treatment, often before a new tenant moves in or an exhibition goes up. Our general pest control is a combined treatment for cockroaches, ants, spiders, silverfish and the common household pests, leaning on targeted gel baits and low-odour CIB&RC-approved products rather than open indoor fogging. The crew arrives in uniform, fits around your schedule, clears up afterwards and sends photos. It starts at ₹999.
The price quoted on the call is what you pay — no surprise additions when the technician arrives.
In a rental-heavy block like Garhi, where tenants change constantly and the drains and shared walls keep moving pests around, a one-off treatment seldom lasts past the next arrival. An annual maintenance contract holds the cover over scheduled visits through the year, with free call-backs in between, reminder scheduling and one GST invoice for all the rooms. For a landlord it keeps each room covered between tenants instead of paying full price at every complaint, and it keeps the termite watch going in the old studios. The base AMC is ₹2,999 a year, quoted by size.

With rooms turning over so often, bed bugs ride in on mattresses and luggage and settle in the seams and cot joints. We run a two-visit treatment: mattress seams, bed frames, skirting and cracks first, then a follow-up a fortnight later for the newly hatched eggs. It is ₹1,299 per room, and a landlord with several rooms usually moves it onto an annual plan so each one stays covered between tenants.
The stacked rooms share drain lines, so roaches breed in the damp pipework and surface across the block, returning after any single-room spray. We use CIB&RC-approved gel-bait at the drain mouths, sink backs and hinges instead, which the roaches carry back to the nest, and we treat the rooms on one line together where we can. Cockroach treatment starts at ₹599.
Yes. We inject CIB&RC-approved chemical through small, discreet drill points at the wall-floor line and into the affected timber, so the frames, lofts and panelling stay in place while the colony is stopped. In the older Garhi structures the damp packed lanes mean the neighbouring wood is worth checking too. A single unit usually starts around ₹2,499, quoted by the area treated.
Yes. We use CIB&RC-approved products as targeted gel baits and low-odour formulas rather than heavy blanket sprays, so people can stay in the rooms for most of the work. We will tell you which spots to keep children and pets off and for how long, usually a few hours. Before-and-after photos go to you on WhatsApp so you can see exactly what was treated.
Our crew covers Garhi, East of Kailash and the surrounding South Delhi lanes every day, so after you book we are usually at your door the same day or the next morning, slots permitting. The price we quote on the call is what you pay, with nothing added when the technician arrives. Call 95603 66362 to fix a time.
